Myofascial Cupping

What is cupping?

Myofascial cupping is a technique that uses suction to help promote blood flow in order to promote healing.   Traditionally the cups will stay in position for anywhere for 5 to 15 minutes,  however often times unlike tradition cupping we will move the cup while under suction to promote the release of adhesions within the soft tissues. 

What conditions can we treat with cupping?

Rotator Cuff Injuries

Knee Pain experienced by running or walking
